What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the audio-visual department to foster team excellence.
• Plan and execute comprehensive AV setups for corporate events, conferences, and productions.
• Manage AV equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and technology upgrades.
• Develop and optimize departmental budgets and manage vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in the Riyadh market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Audio-Visual Technology, Electronics, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AV management or a supervisory role.
• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Proven expertise in project management and event production coordination.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and financial planning skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice to have

• Industry-recognized certifications such as CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or corporate events industry.
