What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding antenna and DAF facility readiness.
• Monitor civil works execution, including permitting, procurement of long-lead items, and construction progress.
• Perform periodic site inspections and witness key testing activities to ensure project compliance.
• Develop and maintain civil works schedules, tracking critical paths and forecasting potential impacts.
• Manage a risk register to identify and mitigate geotechnical, utility, and contractor-related risks.
• Provide routine reporting, design review comments, and site readiness assessments to project managers.

Requirements

• Multi-year experience in construction project management and contractor management.
• Proficiency in reviewing construction drawings and navigating local permitting processes.
• Experience conducting construction inspections.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to report to customer sites regularly as required.
• Availability for occasional off-hours meetings with the US-based project team.

Nice to have

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PMP certification or Professional Engineering registration.
• Experience with telecom or satellite infrastructure.
