What you will do

• Develop and implement the project’s interface management strategy, plans, and reporting systems.
• Identify, define, and track all internal and external interfaces across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities between engineering, construction, rail systems, utilities, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain interface registers, responsibility matrices, and control processes.
• Facilitate workshops and coordination reviews to ensure timely resolution of cross-functional issues.
• Identify interface risks, scope gaps, and conflicts to develop effective mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Strong experience in interface management on major railway or transportation infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in managing complex multidisciplinary and multi-stakeholder interfaces.
• Deep understanding of railway project environments, including civil, track, and systems coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage interface registers, governance processes, and escalation pathways.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working in fast-paced project environments.
