What you will do

• Support the overall coordination of projects related to anticipatory action and livelihood restoration.
• Engage with government counterparts, implementing partners, and community representatives.
• Plan and conduct project-related events, including workshops, trainings, and field missions.
• Maintain monitoring tools, progress trackers, and data management systems.
• Monitor project fund utilization to ensure alignment with budgets and workplans.
• Draft official correspondence, briefing notes, and activity updates.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
• Ability to work under pressure in a complex humanitarian context.
• Experience in project coordination or administrative support.
