TL;DR

Operations Manager (Creative Agency): Managing the full project lifecycle for photo, video, and digital marketing content with an accent on production scheduling, quality control, and operational standardization. Focus on translating client goals into actionable timelines, rebalancing resources across creative teams, and ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards.

Location: Must be based in LATAM or the Philippines. Work schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST.

Compensation: $1,500 – $2,000 USD/month.

What you will do

  • Own the full project lifecycle from client intake to final delivery.
  • Translate client goals into detailed briefs, timelines, and milestones.
  • Build and rebalance production schedules for editors and creative crews.
  • Perform technical QC reviews on audio, color, exposure, pacing, and platform specs.
  • Standardize SOPs to improve throughput and consistency across the agency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a creative agency or production studio.
  • Demonstrated project management experience with concurrent client projects.
  • Proficiency in Monday.com, Frame.io, and Vimeo.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite post-production workflows.
  • C1+ English proficiency required.
  • Ability to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HoneyBook, Dubsado, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Background in the education sector or mission-driven organizations.
  • Experience coordinating US-based creative teams.
  • Track record of designing and rolling out SOPs.
