Finance Functional Lead (D365)

What you will do

• Lead the development, configuration, and implementation of core D365FO Finance modules.
• Coordinate solution delivery across internal teams and external implementation partners.
• Validate configurations and support cutover and data migration activities.
• Resolve business-critical finance issues and improve management and financial reporting capabilities.
• Optimize finance processes and ensure alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support environmental strategy development and help build the new Europe ERP team.

Requirements

• Strong functional knowledge of D365FO Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Management.
• Experience with financial processes in manufacturing or gaming environments.
• Knowledge of multi-company, multi-currency, and intercompany accounting.
• Understanding of taxation, regulatory compliance, audit, reconciliations, and period-end close processes.
• Multiple full-cycle D365FO Finance implementation deliveries as a functional consultant.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and people management skills.
