What you will do

• Design and support D365 Contact Centre solutions across voice, chat, and digital engagement channels.
• Build scalable low-code and pro-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Develop conversational AI and virtual agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to improve resolution rates.
• Deliver API-based integrations between D365 and enterprise platforms using .NET and React.
• Maintain Dataverse data models, ensuring security, governance, and high performance.
• Provide technical escalation and platform support, including participation in an on-call rota.

Requirements

• Solid experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience building solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio and conversational AI.
• Commercial development experience with .NET and React.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Communication Services, and identity management.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Leeds, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Azure Application Insights and Log Analytics.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
