What you will do

• Manage SAP Application Managed Services (AMS) partners to ensure SLA compliance and a customer-first service vision.
• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of SAP services supporting global Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Define the "Run" operational framework and templates for incident, change, and release management.
• Collaborate with global ERP leadership and IT stakeholders to assess demand patterns and incident impacts.
• Increase operational efficiency through automation and "shift-left" support opportunities.
• Ensure GxP compliance and quality practices are embedded in all SAP changes and operational activities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in ERP/SAP operations delivery within complex, global environments.
• Proven experience managing outsourced AMS partners and driving vendor accountability.
• Strong knowledge of SAP lifecycle management, transport management, and GxP/Validation requirements.
• Experience in regulated environments, preferably Life Sciences or Pharma, including IT Audits.
• Certification or strong awareness of common ITIL processes.
• Must be located in or able to work from Hook or Liverpool, UK
