Senior UX Designer (Digital Twin)

Location: Maia, Portugal; candidates must be resident in Portugal and able to move to the Maia/Porto region or already be based there. Remote work is available as an option.

What you will do

• Design user-centered Digital Twin experiences for B2B and enterprise contexts.
• Translate user needs, workflows, and business requirements into interaction concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs.
• Create intuitive flows for complex digital products with operational and technical depth.
• Develop 3D-enhanced experiences covering navigation, orientation, contextual information, and usability.
• Lead and support UX research, including stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, digital teams, developers, and stakeholders to align user needs with feasibility, accessibility, and product direction.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• Residence in Portugal and availability to move to the Maia/Porto region are required.
• Strong experience designing B2B or enterprise software interfaces.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and technical requirements into user-friendly experiences.
• Proficiency with wireframing, prototyping, and design tools such as Figma.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, usability methods, user-centered design, and excellent English communication skills.
