Sr UX/UI Designer

Location: Brazil and other LATAM locations; fully remote. Ability to align with teams operating across Central Time and Eastern Time zones.

The partner company is developing an international digital product for the entertainment and sports sector, incorporating complex corporate and financial accounting workflows.

What you will do

• Design user-centered mobile and web experiences across the full UX/UI lifecycle, from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity interfaces.
• Create, scale, and maintain design systems across products and platforms.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, journey maps, and scenarios to communicate and validate design concepts.
• Translate complex corporate and financial accounting concepts into clear, minimalist, and accessible user experiences.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure technically feasible and accurate implementation.
• Conduct usability and user testing, present design rationale, and drive iterative improvements in product quality and consistency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional UX/UI design experience and a strong portfolio of mobile and web application work.
• Experience designing for corporate and financial accounting environments.
• 3+ years of expert-level Figma experience, including nested components, Auto Layout, design libraries, and advanced prototyping.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining design systems, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, journey maps, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Strong visual design, creative thinking, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and availability to align with Central Time and Eastern Time zones.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS.
