What you will do

• Partner with executives to define hiring needs and shape talent strategies for Product and Design teams.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage niche and senior-level talent.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer.
• Use recruiting metrics and market insights to influence decisions and improve efficiency.
• Strengthen Airwallex’s employer brand and ensure high interviewer calibration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in-house.
• Track record of hiring top Product & Design talent globally, specifically for UK, Netherlands, and EMEA markets.
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior executives.
• Ability to deliver results with accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
