TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role based in St Albans (UK), Malta, or Gibraltar, with an expectation of working from the office two days per week.

What you will do

  • Lead the talent function while remaining highly hands-on with recruitment for senior and business-critical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to influence hiring decisions and provide market insights.
  • Coach and develop the talent team to raise the quality and consistency of hiring.
  • Own and evolve the employer brand to attract exceptional talent.
  • Improve recruitment operations through better processes, workflows, and AI-powered solutions.
  • Collaborate across the business to support workforce planning and People initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical recruitment experience across the UK and Europe.
  • At least 2 years of people management experience leading a talent team.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience improving recruitment systems and efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, or Replit.
  • Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, and closing skills.
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach to building an in-house recruitment function.
