Senior IT Project Manager (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Manage IT projects from definition through end-to-end delivery.
• Apply business analysis to clarify requirements and support project decisions.
• Work with insurance-industry stakeholders to understand business needs and challenge assumptions.
• Communicate project status, decisions, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery independently while maintaining a structured and organized approach.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in IT project management and business analysis.
• Experience with IT or technology projects in large companies.
• Background in the insurance industry sufficient to understand the business and work at definition level.
• Proven independent end-to-end project delivery experience.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
