What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product and Engineers to identify/define specifications and communicate project status.
• Manage projects using Confluence and Jira, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Provide management visibility into project progress and support effective decision-making.
• Organize and conduct periodic project reviews with key stakeholders, managing decisions and mitigating risks.
• Develop project plans, manage individual deadlines, and set goals.
• Identify potential areas of improvement in project performance and share best practices.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and experience working directly with Executives.
• Minimum 5+ years of engineering project management experience, with 3+ years in Agile.
• Solid experience with Agile, 1-week sprints with Program Increment planning.
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and work with global product teams.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence change within a matrix project organization.
