Senior Project Manager

What you will do

• Own the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis through delivery, implementation, and closure.
• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and challenge requirements, acting as both Project Manager and Business Analyst.
• Lead end-to-end delivery including stakeholder management, change management, governance, and executive-level communication.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects or a large-scale strategic initiative based on complexity and business priorities.
• Prepare executive presentations, steering committee materials, and regular project status updates.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests; ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience combining project management and business analysis responsibilities.
• Solid experience in the insurance industry.
• Proven track record delivering projects independently from initiation to successful completion.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with confidence engaging executive stakeholders.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
