• Take full ownership of the Construction & Property business unit in Southampton.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 7 recruitment consultants.

Requirements

• Must have previous experience in a management role within a Construction & Property recruitment setting.
• Strong understanding of white-collar technical recruitment (civils, surveying, planning, FM).
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Southampton office.
