Location: Hybrid. Must be based in or work from offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, Ghent, or Köln.

Salary: €160K–€213K

What you will do

• Own the full commercial logic of the business, including network positioning, pricing, and brand development.
• Set strategic direction and create cross-functional alignment for Network Development, Growth, Marketing, and Public Affairs.
• Develop winning B2B propositions for fleet operators and business customers.
• Drive the overarching objective of reaching €1 million revenue per station by 2030.
• Collaborate with the Management Board to turn the network into a durable, high-performing business.
• Represent the company in the boardroom and engage with institutional investors and public affairs stakeholders.

Requirements

• Executive track record of building and scaling commercial organizations across multiple European markets.
• Experience working in a listed scale-up or high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to connect high-level strategy to operational execution.
• Strong people leadership skills with experience managing senior Directors and large teams.
• Genuine affinity for the energy transition and hirify.global's mission.
