What you will do
- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for the DACH region.
- Coach, develop, and scale the Account Executive team.
- Build and expand B2B partnerships within the German market.
- Act as the internal voice and advisor for the DACH market to headquarters.
- Stay hands-on by personally closing key deals.
- Take full ownership of the commercial success of the region.
Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales.
- Strong knowledge of the German market.
- Proven experience in scaling a market or sales team from the ground up.
- Hunter mentality with a passion for direct sales involvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Must be fluent in German and English.
