Business Development Representative (Logistics)

Location: Remote in London, United Kingdom; onsite presence is required on a hybrid basis for initial training during the first 2–3 months.

What you will do

• Identify, research, and qualify new merchant opportunities.
• Build prospect pipelines through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
• Assess merchants’ current fulfillment methods and determine their fit for hirify.global’s business model.
• Recommend non-standard merchant opportunities to management.
• Schedule demos with potential merchants and Account Executives.
• Track merchant interactions, meet activity requirements, and consistently achieve monthly and annual quotas.

Requirements

• Two or more years of demonstrated success in a sales environment are preferred; candidates with less experience may be trained.
• Experience selling over the phone and calling different types of businesses or merchants.
• Strong diligence, accountability, research ability, and data aptitude.
• Comfort with competitive environments, personal motivation, rejection, and delayed prospect responses.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom, with hybrid onsite training during the first 2–3 months.
