What you will do

• Develop and execute structured account plans and long-range strategies for existing clients.
• Translate complex client business goals into actionable initiatives for cross-functional delivery teams.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Analyze client usage metrics and feedback to proactively address risks and drive growth.
• Lead client meetings, produce clear action plans, and hold teams accountable to outcomes.
• Maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction through strong relationship management.

Requirements

• English: C1 level required for confident engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience working with software teams and solid understanding of SDLC and delivery workflows.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of identifying and developing new opportunities.
• Exceptional organizational ownership and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Strong relationship-building skills and experience in maintaining high client retention.
• Understanding of business models in domains such as Insurance, Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or Education.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch language to support engagement with Dutch-speaking stakeholders.
