What you will do
- Develop leads, build new client relationships, and generate qualified sales opportunities through targeted prospecting.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to bring new clients on board.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process and maintain pipeline and forecast data using Apollo and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to formulate and execute successful business development approaches.
- Represent the company at conferences, user events, and industry forums to identify key decision-makers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Growth Manager serving clients in the IT industry across the global market.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding Business Development and Sales goals.
- English: C1 level proficiency required (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Belgrade or Novi Sad.
- Ability to travel to business events and industry sectors you serve.
