Location: In person attendance at our Amsterdam office is required.

What you will do
- Identify and engage new clients, educating them on hirify.global's ads platform.
- Take full ownership of strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and operational rigor for your book of business.
- Develop an outbound sales pipeline with the Sales Ops Lead.
- Communicate feedback on sales processes, narratives, and products to advocate for customers.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to build mutually beneficial client partnerships.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in online media sales, with platform experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape and a broad network of clients in DACH.
- Experience using New Business tools such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strong negotiation skills.
- Experience with and passion for new business acquisition.
- Fluent in German and English.
