Salary: Kč 1,440,000 – Kč 1,800,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to develop impactful ML solutions.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models for batch and real-time services in cloud environments.
• Create MLOps automation processes using ETL pipelines to improve model efficiency.
• Advocate for best practices in ML/LLM Ops and architecture.
• Document analytical methodologies to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a STEM field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience delivering production-scale machine learning models.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Practical experience with frameworks like PyTorch, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with AWS and version control systems like Git.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Prague office.

Nice to have

• PhD in a STEM field.
• Experience in financial services or commercial environments.
• Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, Ray RLlib, vLLM, or Apache Spark.
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning frameworks.
• Familiarity with API frameworks like FastAPI.
