TL;DR
Product Builder (AI): Discovering, building, shipping, and evaluating AI-powered product experiments across CloudTalk's core platform, AI Voice Agents, calling apps, and product-led surfaces with an accent on full-loop ownership, continuous customer discovery, and rapid experimentation. Focus on designing AI-native workflows, instrumenting customer-facing tests, making build-or-kill decisions, and handing successful work off to product squads.
Location: Remote in Europe; available in Czechia, Slovakia, or Spain. Fully remote with optional hubs in Bratislava, Brno, Prague, and Barcelona.

What you will do
- Identify customer problems and friction through support tickets, churn calls, product discussions, and direct user interviews.
- Turn ambiguous problems into measurable hypotheses and explore multiple opportunities in parallel.
- Prototype, build, test, instrument, and ship customer-facing software across the stack.
- Design AI-native flows using LLMs, agentic workflows, and orchestration while accounting for model limitations.
- Evaluate experiments, decide whether to scale, iterate, or kill them, and document the outcome.
- Hand successful work over to the owning product squad and avoid leaving unowned production services.
Requirements
- Experience taking a product from an observed problem through production adoption and measurable customer impact.
- Strong AI fluency and practical experience using AI to accelerate research, prototyping, and delivery.
- Hands-on continuous discovery experience, including regular customer interviews.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments without a predefined specification, designer, or established process.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS, sales-assisted and product-led growth, ARR, retention, and customer problem validation.
- Ability to write tests, assess failure modes, instrument experiments, and make evidence-based decisions.

- Experience with voice, telephony, or real-time systems.
- Founding or solo technical founder background.
- Public examples of products or software built.
