Location: Brno, Czech Republic; offices are also available in Rožnov. Candidates must have a valid visa and work permit for the Czech Republic at the application stage.

What you will do

• Develop Python tools, libraries, and algorithms for optimizing neural network models on embedded and mobile devices.
• Build tooling to deploy, profile, and benchmark neural network models.
• Enable audio, computer vision, generative AI, and language models on mobile and embedded platforms.
• Contribute to open-source projects such as PyTorch, ONNX, and TensorFlow.
• Explore research and emerging technologies, implement proof-of-concepts, and pursue papers or patents.
• Co-develop hardware and software for state-of-the-art AI accelerators.

Requirements

• Production software development experience with Python.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices.
• Academic background or practical experience with neural networks or machine learning algorithms.
• Passion for artificial intelligence, machine learning, smart devices, or agentic systems.
• English communication skills for collaboration with international teams.
• Valid Czech visa and work permit required at the application stage.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or small-scale GUI, UI, or UX development.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or compiler technologies.
