What you will do

• Design and build Shopify-first demo environments that present hirify.global as an integrated, intelligent commerce solution.
• Create tools and frameworks enabling solution consultants to self-serve demo setup, configuration, and personalization.
• Implement and maintain agentic AI demo flows, including LLM integrations, agent orchestration, vector search, and real-time personalization layers.
• Train and enable the field by documenting, demoing, and building internal confidence for newly shipped demo capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and maintain demo reliability and performance in customer-facing environments, switching gears quickly when demos break.

Requirements

• Expertise in the Shopify ecosystem and building Shopify-based demo environments.
• AI-native development approach using modern AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with LLM and agent APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and agent orchestration concepts.
• Strong async collaboration skills across time zones (EU/US) and ability to work with a US-based lead.
• Ability to translate ambiguous presales needs into working technical demo assets without detailed specs.
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders and comfort working with solution consultants and cross-functional teams.
