What you will do

• Develop and implement multi-channel media strategies aligned with brand objectives for Spain and Italy.
• Manage media buying across social, digital, and traditional channels to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Social, Category Marketing, and Creative teams to define campaign targets and budgets.
• Oversee campaign execution, optimization, and tracking to ensure adherence to performance expectations.
• Analyze complex marketing data to provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvement and ROI optimization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and agencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a media agency, media owner, or client-side media team.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Italian proficiency is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proven track record in full-funnel marketing activation and paid social campaign planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
