What you will do

• Own social strategy and growth for 5+ brand accounts on X/Twitter, setting KPIs and benchmarks.
• Lead social-native content strategy, producing high-quality short-form video, livestreams, and serialized content.
• Implement AI-powered workflows to accelerate content ideation, research, and publishing.
• Track organic social performance, translating data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (partnerships, product, design) to ensure cohesive brand narratives.
• Monitor industry trends and engage with the community to strengthen brand credibility.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in social media and content marketing with a track record of driving measurable impact.
• Proven experience in Web3, crypto, or emerging technology sectors.
• Hands-on experience with video content production, streaming, and direction for social platforms.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social publishing and listening tools.
• Must be located in North American time zones, the UK, Europe, or select Middle East countries.
