What you will do

• Manage day-to-day brand requests and maintain clear communication between the studio and client teams.
• Plan and execute content strategies across social media channels, translating briefs into platform-specific formats.
• Produce compelling, platform-native content and copywriting that reflects the brand's tone of voice.
• Oversee community engagement, monitoring conversations and responding to audiences with a consistent voice.
• Utilize social listening and scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Talkwalker to track sentiment and gather insights.
• Analyze performance metrics to inform decisions and optimize content results over time.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience in end-to-end social media management.
• Native-level proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Strong copywriting skills with an ability to adapt tone and format for various platforms.
• Experience with community management and social listening tools.
• Confidence in interpreting performance data to refine content strategies.
• CV must be submitted in English.
