Location: Fully remote, open to candidates based in Portugal, Brazil, Mexico, Spain. Supporting a team in the EST time zone.

What you will do
- Plan, develop, and implement paid social strategies to drive brand visibility, user acquisition, and leads.
- Conduct brand audits, competitive research, and identify marketing opportunities.
- Manage 5-10 client accounts with $80k-$3M monthly spends across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
- Optimize campaigns in real-time using platform tools, third-party reporting, and AI for insights and attribution.
- Develop quarterly strategies, forecasts, and creative assets based on performance metrics and client needs.
- Master e-commerce funnel, P&Ls, and key KPIs like CPA, CAC, iROAS, MER, CTR, and Hold Rate.
Requirements
- 7+ years in paid media, especially Meta direct response for e-commerce.
- 5+ years managing paid social for clients with $400k+ monthly spend.
- Mastery of e-commerce marketing funnel from offer to conversion.
- Expertise in ad copy, short-form video creative development, testing, and optimization.
- Strong data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and KPI reporting (CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Experience with full-funnel strategies and competitive research.

- Background in creative consultation for paid social ads.
- Comfort with e-commerce P&Ls and financial metrics.
