What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend components using Golang, including REST APIs and microservices.
• Implement architectural models for the ecosystem, such as MCP servers for process automation.
• Integrate backend systems with AI services, data analytics, and third-party APIs.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to support mobile application functionality.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure system security and scalability.
• Contribute to the development of the Digital & Integration Framework for global operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on professional experience with Go.
• Strong understanding of Goroutines, modules, and RESTful API design.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Bucharest.
• Experience with microservices architecture and backend system security.
