What you will do

• Administer and develop the ServiceNow platform focusing on ITSM scope and performance tuning.
• Lead CMDB design and maintenance aligned with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Implement data governance, quality controls, and reconciliation rules for the CMDB.
• Mentor junior administrators and developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Develop SLAs, operational dashboards, and KPI reporting for ITSM and CMDB domains.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) and CMDB.
• Proven experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, and MID Server integrations.
• Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure (virtualization, networking) and public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Must be based in Bucharest, Romania for hybrid work.
