What you will do
- Implement modern backend applications and infrastructure using microservices architecture.
- Research and integrate blockchain protocols and on-chain projects into the platform.
- Develop high-throughput, real-time scalable software solutions for blockchain infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features.
- Ensure production reliability through on-call participation and incident response.
Requirements
- Must be based in Romania.
- 5+ years of backend development experience in Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- 3+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
- Experience with high-scale distributed systems and API design.
- Knowledge of consensus mechanisms and cryptographic primitives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise or institutional blockchain solutions.
- Understanding of smart contract security and MPC or multi-signature wallets.
- Ability to apply AI tools in daily development.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
