What you will do

• Run the demand and supply planning cycle to balance lead times and prevent stock-outs or overstock.
• Own core KPI and service-level reporting across fleet efficiency, device recovery, and delivery performance.
• Track spend against budget and unit economics to provide clear visibility into operational costs.
• Build financial models for in-house versus outsourced decisions to optimize cost, service, and risk.
• Model capacity and costs by linking terminal volumes and SLAs to headcount and shift plans.
• Use AI tools like Claude and Vercel to automate manual tasks and build lightweight dashboards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain, S&OP, operations, or a comparable analytical function.
• Strong hands-on data skills including writing SQL queries and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
• Comfort with financial analysis, cost modeling, and business-case development.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to defend numbers and reach for evidence.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
