What you will do

• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and identifying target accounts to closing deals.
• Conduct outbound activities, including cold calling, to create new opportunities.
• Run discovery calls and product demonstrations, explaining high-level technical flows.
• Develop business cases and manage complex enterprise procurement and buying processes.
• Represent the company at industry fairs and events.
• Collaborate directly with founders and the leadership team to drive growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience selling into enterprise organizations, ideally targeting Marketing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline through proactive outbound activities.
• Skill in navigating complex stakeholder environments and buying committees.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Zürich, Switzerland.
