What you will do

  • Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls and emails to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and correlate customer pain points to product value.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Partner with distributed sales teams to drive pipeline growth.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the Abnormal Security product offering.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German is mandatory.
  • 6 months to 1+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar sales role.
  • Strong professional communication skills for high-level conversations with C-level stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed sales team.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Orum, Lusha, ActivelyAI, Glean, or Claude.
  • Proven track record of utilizing AI tools to enhance personalization and relevance in prospecting.
