TL;DR

Service Sales Manager (Flow Control/After-sales): Manage after-sales service for Flow Control business, develop team competence, and propose value-added service solutions to existing and new customers with an accent on Indonesia service budget ownership, service engineering/centre utilization, and shutdown planning and management. Focus on leading and developing service employees while improving service performance through reviews and actionable recommendations.

Location: Pekanbaru, Indonesia (primary) or further assignment in Indonesia

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Line(s) to propose value-added services and solutions to existing and new customers.
  • Own Indonesia service budget and drive utilization rate and policy recommendations for Service Engineer(s) and Service Centre(s).
  • Maintain relationships with key end users and maximize hirify.global (Neles) Service Portfolio for shutdown planning and shutdown management.
  • Provide operational framework and guidance based on service strategy.
  • Review service performance and propose plans to improve service performance.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of service employees to meet agreed service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant educational background.
  • At least 5 years of experience in flow control, plus a couple of years of management experience, preferably in Oil & Gas.
  • Fluent English.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to maintain customer relationships in various situations.
  • Ready to obtain a local contract in Indonesia and does not require a work permit.
