What you will do

• Oversee and manage mechanical engineering tasks in customer projects and development initiatives.
• Ensure engineering execution aligns with specifications, defined standards, regulations, and company principles.
• Report on and maintain engineering progress, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to secure smooth progress.
• Lead project engineering by guiding resources and verifying final approval of technical solutions and documentation.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the machine building industry.
• Experience managing design projects across borders in an international business environment.
• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and product development experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Open to travelling 20–50 days per year, sometimes on short notice.
