What you will do

• Provide senior leadership for large-scale data center projects from concept through to operations handover.
• Manage delivery strategies aligning commercial, technical, and operational objectives.
• Coordinate internal functions and external partners as the primary delivery representative.
• Maintain oversight of cost, schedule, risk, and performance governance.
• Support commercial, procurement, and contracting activities to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ESG sustainability commitments.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in major construction projects, specifically hyperscale data centers or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Degree-qualified in a related discipline.
• Proven track record delivering design-and-build or EPC projects.
• Deep understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination, construction, and MEP systems.
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are an advantage).
• Strong ability to influence at senior levels and drive performance in complex teams.
