What you will do

• Lead and manage daily manufacturing line operations to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient production.
• Oversee project delivery performance, securing timelines, costs, and quality targets.
• Plan and allocate workforce and tasks to meet production demands.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, procurement, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive continuous improvement of production processes, systems, and standardized ways of working.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production environment.
• Solid understanding of heavy industry operations, specifically welding-based manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience leading shop floor operations and teams.
• Familiarity with manufacturing standards such as PED, ASME, ISO, or GB.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
