What you will do

• Perform structural and strength calculations to support sales, ongoing customer projects, and product development initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous product improvement and ensure high-performance solutions.
• Support project engineering and participate in R&D activities.
• Ensure that product documentation and engineering drawings are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with structural mechanics and strength of materials.
• Proficiency with FEM software such as Ansys, SAP2000, or similar tools.
• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work from an hirify.global Oy office in Finland.
