What you will do

• Develop operational maintenance control and machine monitoring for mechanical and electrical equipment and production lines.
• Analyze equipment condition and availability to prioritize maintenance actions based on data.
• Maintain and support factory PLC automation in collaboration with external partners.
• Manage and develop spare parts availability and maintenance data.
• Participate in on-field maintenance work and communicate with internal customers, subcontractors, and machinery suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial environment.
• Solid understanding of PLC-based automation and industrial control systems.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English as working languages.
• Ability to work in production environments and collaborate with various stakeholders.
