What you will do

• Monitor and operate mechanical infrastructure using Building Management Systems (BMS) and field inspections.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC, chillers, pumps, and hydronic distribution systems.
• Respond to alarms and equipment faults according to SOPs and EOPs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Assist with commissioning, recommissioning, and integrated systems testing.
• Ensure strict compliance with Finnish occupational safety legislation and EU health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Vocational Qualification or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience maintaining mechanical systems in critical environments like data centers, hospitals, or power plants.
• Knowledge of chilled water systems, pumps, motors, and heat exchangers.
• Proficiency with BMS and CMMS software.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Must be authorized to work in Finland.

• Occupational Safety Card (Työturvallisuuskortti) and Hot Work Card (Tulityökortti).
• First Aid Certificate (EA1) and refrigerant handling qualification.
