Senior Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Limassol or Tbilisi, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely

What you will do

• Lead process improvement projects from planning and transition through risk management and execution control.
• Analyze workflows, identify weaknesses, and create improvement proposals, guidelines, and documentation.
• Track adoption of decisions and processes and build transparent status reporting across projects.
• Train teams and tech leads on changes and facilitate understanding and adoption.
• Run meetings and workshops, align cross-functional teams, and remove blockers.
• Identify automation opportunities and introduce AI tools to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, including change or process improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with cross-functional projects, training sessions, workshops, and facilitation.
• Practical knowledge of project, change, process, and risk management.
• Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and metrics and document processes clearly.
• Confident use of modern AI tools in daily work.
• Russian at B2–C1 level is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance or trading.
• PMP, Scrum, Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in team management.
