What you will do

• Lead end-to-end process improvement projects, including planning, transition, risk management, and execution control.
• Analyze existing workflows, identify weaknesses, and prepare guidelines and documentation.
• Ensure the genuine adoption of new processes and build transparent status reporting.
• Facilitate cross-functional projects, run workshops, and remove blockers for teams.
• Train tech leads and teams to help them understand and adopt change initiatives.
• Identify automation opportunities and introduce AI tools to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, specifically in change or process improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with cross-functional projects, training sessions, and workshop facilitation.
• Practical command of Project, Change, Process, and Risk Management methodologies.
• Confident use of modern AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Cyprus or Georgia.
• Strong communication skills and systemic thinking to solve root problems.

Nice to have

• Experience in the finance or trading domain.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience in team management.
