Senior Technical Solution Consultant (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead technical solution delivery for credit risk initiatives in the banking domain.
• Run technical workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures and system designs.
• Produce product design documents, technical specifications, and system integration documentation.
• Assess technical impact, effort, feasibility, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies for new initiatives and change requests.
• Guide offshore development teams and coordinate with project managers, business analysts, QA, and production support.
• Support integration, testing, UAT, troubleshooting, deployment, and production-readiness activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution design, or enterprise application delivery within banking or financial services.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and functional system designs.
• Experience creating technical design, solution specification, and integration documentation.
• Experience leading technical discussions and coordinating delivery across distributed or offshore teams.
• End-to-end project delivery experience, including implementation, testing, and production rollout.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of credit risk, lending, or banking applications.
• Experience delivering enterprise banking or financial services technology projects.
