Sr. Manager Fleet Solutions Architecture & Delivery, Asia Pacific (Payments)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and delivery for complex fleet and mobility payment programs across Asia Pacific.
• Lead pre-sales discussions with issuers, technology enablers, distribution partners, and service providers.
• Translate client and partner needs into scalable solution designs, business requirements, integration plans, and implementation roadmaps.
• Coordinate delivery, approvals, governance, risks, milestones, and stakeholder updates across Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, Privacy, Government Engagement, and Client Services.
• Design and test new payment use cases and product features with technology partners.
• Shape market growth strategies, digital transformation roadmaps, and product priorities for fleet payments.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of strong solution architecture experience involving complex enterprise clients, end-to-end technical designs, and integration plans.
• Experience translating business goals and client needs into requirements, scope, success measures, and scalable solutions.
• Experience managing complex, multi-party integration projects, including plans, milestones, risks, decisions, and senior stakeholder updates.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, software development kits, mobile and web applications, and real-time payments.
• Ability to create detailed Business Requirements Documents and influence clients, senior leaders, and stakeholders across complex organizations.
• Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and deliver results.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fleet and mobility, fintech, consulting, pre-sales, solution delivery, or business and partnership development.
• Knowledge of Asia Pacific payment systems, including real-time payments, wallets, payment gateways, payouts, and online marketplaces.
• Design thinking, agile delivery, project management certification, or experience with tools such as Jira, Rally, Roadmunk, or Mural.
• Previous fleet or fuel industry experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and SharePoint.
