TL;DR
Solutions Architect (AI/Cybersecurity): Designing and implementing scalable application delivery and security architectures with an accent on F5 BIG-IP, NGINX, Distributed Cloud, AI workloads, and containerized environments. Focus on translating client requirements into secure technical designs, leading PoCs, supporting pre-sales, and solving complex deployment challenges across cloud and Kubernetes environments.

What you will do
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and highly available application delivery solutions using BIG-IP, NGINX, and Distributed Cloud Services.
- Translate client business requirements and technical constraints into solution designs, diagrams, specifications, and implementation plans.
- Lead technical discussions, presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and customer Proofs of Concept during the pre-sales process.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, and customer stakeholders through implementation and deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex deployments, including Kubernetes environments and systems supporting AI workloads.
- Contribute to thought leadership, internal methodologies, product launches, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of experience designing and implementing network or application delivery solutions.
- Deep expertise with BIG-IP, including LTM, GTM, APM, and AWAF; NGINX and Distributed Cloud experience are valuable.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, security principles, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Python or Ansible scripting, AI concepts such as AI Factories, RAG, and AI Gateways, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Strong communication, presentation, consulting, and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- certifications, experience securing AI/ML applications, and customer deployments with Distributed Cloud.
- Knowledge of Application-to-Application concepts and Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol.
- Experience with Mainstage Keynotes, thought leadership, professional services, or consulting environments.
