Buyer - Intern (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Support daily purchasing activities, including order confirmations, purchase order follow-up, and status updates.
• Prepare waste pickup notices and maintain purchasing and supplier documentation.
• Support purchase order creation and release, including NCR and deviation documentation.
• Run basic Excel reports on open purchase orders, availability, and coverage while supporting data accuracy.
• Collaborate across sites and prepare data validation and cleaning activities for an ERP implementation.
• Prepare meeting minutes and simple presentations, then gradually take responsibility for smaller suppliers after training.

Requirements

• University student in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong interest in purchasing and supply chain activities.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Good Excel skills.
• Structured, organized, and diligent working style.
