What you will do

• Facilitate portfolio prioritization and strategic tradeoff discussions to guide roadmap decisions.
• Connect product and engineering initiatives to financial objectives through capacity modeling and ROI evaluation.
• Build and maintain reporting structures to communicate performance, quality, and business impact.
• Translate complex operational data into actionable recommendations for executive and board-level stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to resolve challenges.
• Develop repeatable operating models and playbooks to improve portfolio visibility and execution.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 12+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, strategy consulting, or chief of staff roles.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguous, high-impact challenges and drive decisions independently.
• Strong understanding of SaaS operations, product development processes, and technology-driven business models.
• Experience building strategic frameworks, executive presentations, and cross-functional analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and executive audiences.
