TL;DR

Senior Director, Pricing & Analytics (SaaS): Developing and owning the pricing strategy and packaging architecture for the EPM portfolio with an accent on value-metric models and commercial analysis. Focus on turning product value into durable revenue, optimizing AI-monetized offerings, and establishing pricing governance for major platform launches.

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $184,000 – $231,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Own pricing strategy and value-metric models across the EPM portfolio, including usage-based and AI-monetized offerings.
  • Design packaging and bundling architecture for product and platform launches.
  • Conduct commercial analysis on price realization, discount governance, deal economics, and willingness-to-pay studies.
  • Provide critical pricing inputs for annual planning and new product launches.
  • Establish pricing operations, including rate cards and data-driven approval guardrails.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or commercial finance within B2B software.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Proven experience pricing multi-product portfolios and platform or suite offerings.
  • Expertise with usage-based, consumption, or AI-monetized pricing models.
  • Strong track record of aligning senior stakeholders across product, sales, and finance.

Nice to have

  • Experience at companies with $200M–$1B ARR managing multiple product lines.
  • Background in finance, accounting, or Office of the CFO software ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, GRR, NRR) and land-and-expand sales models.
